Veterans Northeast Outreach Center
The Veterans Northeast Outreach Center is located at 10 Reed Street in Haverhill, MA. The Veterans Northeast Outreach Center was founded in 1985 to address the needs of Veterans and their families throughout the Merrimack Valley. The Center offers information, referral, advocacy and support to the Veterans who live in the valley. The Veterans Northeast Outreach Center provides more than 10,000 units of service to veterans and their families per month. In 1997, the VNOC expanded its services to Veterans by opening a permanent housing program, The Veterans Mansion, to serve homeless Veterans.
Veterans Mansion
In 1997, the Veterans Northeast Outreach Center expanded its services to Veterans by opening a permanent housing program, The Veterans Mansion, to serve homeless Veterans. The Mansion serves 22 homeless Veterans who can benefit from a sober, supportive, working environment as they make their way back into the mainstream.
Campus Housing
In the fall of 2001,the Veterans Northeast Outreach Center opened "The Veterans Campus" which added 25 VA Grant Per Diem housing units. These units are located at 61 Temple Street and 8-10 Beacon Street, Haverhill, MA.
Bedford Veterans Quarters
Located on the campus of the Bedford VA Medical Center, in Bedford, MA, the Veterans Northeast Outreach Center manages this facility for Caritas Communities Inc. This 60 unit facility offers the services of the VA Medical Center and the Outreach and Benefit Services of the Outreach Center.
O'Neill Hall

Established in 1985, The Veterans' Northeast Outreach Center is a private non-profit organization serving the Greater Merrimack Valley. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of services to assist, support and advocate for Veterans and their families. We invite you to explore our site to learn more about our history, services, the people behind the organization and the many volunteer opportunities that exist for you to help those who have served our country in military uniform.
Through the years, the focus of the Center has expanded to accommodate over 36,000 Veterans in our region who are eligible for care. We provide a continuum of care to Veterans, their families, from the very basic food and shelter needs to advocacy, information, referral, career, and education services.
